B. Service Engagements

Our home office organization service consists of an in-person assessment of your home office space, the preparation of a written custom organization plan, and a hands-on implementation session conducted at your location in the St. Louis metro area. A service engagement is initiated when you contact us to schedule an assessment and we confirm availability. The scope and pricing of the implementation session are determined following the assessment and are confirmed to you in writing before the session is scheduled. No service engagement is binding until both parties have agreed to the scope and pricing in writing.

C. Scheduling, Cancellation, and Rescheduling

Appointments for assessments and implementation sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a scheduling fee at our discretion. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to inclement weather, illness, or equipment issues. We will provide as much advance notice as possible in such circumstances and will work with you to find an alternative time.

D. Access to Your Property

By scheduling an in-person service engagement, you confirm that you are authorized to provide access to the property where the service will be conducted, and that you consent to our personnel entering and working within the designated home office space. You agree to be present or to have an authorized adult representative present during the assessment and implementation session. You are responsible for securing or removing any items of exceptional value, confidential materials, or personal property that you do not wish to be handled during the organization session.

E. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall design, is the property of Teleso Dixeyi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable United States copyright and trademark laws. The written organization plan prepared for your engagement is provided for your personal use in connection with the service. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share the plan for commercial purposes. The Teleso Dixeyi name, logo, and any associated marks are proprietary to us and may not be used without our express written permission.

F. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Teleso Dixeyi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or your engagement with our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific engagement. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing structural conditions, items that were not disclosed to us during the assessment, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

G. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to contact us directly to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a reasonable effort to resolve any concern raised in good faith.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
