    A thorough walkthrough and conversation about your workflow, daily habits, and current pain points. Conducted at your home office in the St. Louis area.

  • Written custom organization plan

    A detailed document covering storage zones, cable management, surface organization, and supply placement. Specific to your space and workflow.

  • Core organizing supplies

    Cable organizers, desk trays, label systems, storage boxes, and other essentials brought to your session. See the full list on our Supplies page.

  • Hands-on implementation session

    A collaborative working session where we implement the plan alongside you. Typically 3-5 hours depending on office size and scope.

  • Maintenance walkthrough

    At the end of the session, we walk you through how to maintain each system we've put in place. You leave understanding how your space works.

What affects the final price?

Office size, the volume of items to organize, and whether additional specialty supplies are needed beyond what we carry. We confirm pricing after the assessment and before the implementation session begins.

Do I need to buy anything before the session?

No. Core supplies are included. If your plan calls for larger furniture pieces or specific items outside our standard kit, we'll let you know in advance so you can decide how to proceed.

How long does the whole process take?

The assessment typically takes 45-60 minutes. The plan is delivered within a few days. The implementation session is usually 3-5 hours depending on scope.

Is travel to my home included?

We serve the St. Louis metro area. Travel within the area is included. If you're outside the standard service area, reach out and we can discuss what's possible.
